After toiling in the garden and planting lots of bulbs...and suffering from a bad case of tendonitis as a result, I've come to learn that Blue Parrot bulbs aren't blue afterall...they are red! Last fall we undertook a major project on the side hill. We uprooted over 25 coton easter bushes and replanted with azalea, japonica, acuba, dogwood and a japanese maple. We can't wait for a couple of years to pass and see the garden fill in nicely. Our veggie garden is starting to sprout...fresh arugala, carrots, bibb lettuce, radishes and plenty of herbs.
