Yahoo the C.O. was issued by the county inspector this morning without any issues cited. That's great news. The flooring guys arrived first thing this a.m. to sand and tung oil the hickory floors in the bedrooms, belvedere and stairs. It looks great! Tomorrow they apply another tung oil coat and then Thursday and Friday they apply the finish coats. That's a major milestone! Here's how the floor looks in one of the guest rooms.
