Despite the pirates parading down Ego Alley, we are back in friendly and familiar waters. The sail down the northern part of the Bay was outstanding. The winds averaged 20-25 knots and gusted to 33. We brought in the main and sailed with a triple reefed jib and still managed to sail over 8 knots. We'll be going ashore somewhere for dinner and a 'painkiller' at Pussers Bar. Eric heads back to DC tonight. Bottlenose and MerSea continue heading south tomorrow...stay tuned to find out where we'll be!
