Loumarin et le Luberon

Our last day traveling with Brigitte and Franck was spent in Lourmarin where my cousin Christophe lives.  Lourmarin is a quientessential "provence" town in the gentle rollings hills of the Luberon.

It is filled with shops and art galleries and even a castle that is open to the general public.

We dined in a shaded garden restaurant where Christophe has near "celebrity" status.

When in Lourmarin do as the lourmarinians do...so naturally we dined on "farcie" any which way you want it...in tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and peppers and enjoyed good local rose and toasted to Tante Suzanne who was back in Chambery.
Sadly our travels with the cousins came to a end -- we headed south to Cannes and they returned north towards Chambery.
